Axon Systems is an emerging technology company developing smart modular hardware for industrial and commercial clients. We are a small, fast-moving team expanding our client base across Western Canada.
Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and prepare background information before meetings
- Support the team in preparing presentations and project overviews
- Communicate with clients by email and in person in a professional manner
- Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items
- Help track project timelines and flag any delays or changes to the team
- Assist with preparing reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Ability to present information clearly and professionally to different audiences
- Experience working in a team environment and managing shared tasks
- Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time across multiple tasks
- Interest in technology, business development, or entrepreneurship
- No prior work experience required
